During four days in September, Ziro is thronged by a crowd of music-lovers who come to witness the highly popular Ziro Music Festival held here. It showcases the regional music as well as a selection of great bands from across the country. Other major tourist attractions of the region include Kile Pakho and the hillocks- Dolo Mando, Ziro Puto and Dilopolyang Manipolyang.

The best time to visit the Ziro Valley is around September-October, as it looks picturesque amidst sporadic showers. Carrying a raincoat during this time is highly recommended. Ziro has lots of hotels set along picture-perfect views, from which you can choose the best fit according to your preferences.
