Tiger’s leap offers a 650 m drop into the valley. The curiously shaped cliff offers picturesque view of the landscape below. Apart from basking in the scenic beauty of the place, there is a lot on platter. It is best visited in monsoon when floating clouds and small waterfalls enhance the beauty of it. Don’t forget to shop for the popular here- chikki, fudge, jams and jellies. The Lonavala Bazaar offers a variety of other handicraft stuff too. Traditional Marathi as well as international cuisine is served here. Fusion serves excellent European, Continental, Chinese and Indian. Another restaurant not to be missed is Fiesta, known for serving mouth-watering continental.

There are also various dhabas and restaurants along the way that serve delicious Marathi food. Be sure to try Lions Den Restaurant and Zest. Lonavala doesn’t have an airport, so one has to fly from Mumbai to Pune and then take a bus of taxi to Lonavala. You can also reach here via train. Walking is a good way to move around.
