Lady's Seat
Nature has shaped a cluster of rocks in the form of seats on the South-west of the Yercaud Hills that overlook the Ghat Road and the town of Salem making it one of the most frequently visited sites in the town. The view that appears before the eyes when one is seated on these rocks is simply spectacular.
It is believed that Lady's Seat was the site where an English Lady of yesteryear would be seen seated every evening admiring the unparalleled beauty of the place and has been named thereafter
