Traditional Kodava cuisine is famous in Coorg. This special cuisine is served in weddings here. They serve alcohol, non-vegeterian dishes, vegeterian dishes along with many forms of rice in their occassions. Their curries are cooked with a lot of coconut, spices and curry leaves. One should try their Nuputtu, Kulaeputtu, Paputtu and thari payasa for sure.
