Tsogsti to Nimoo is a low difficulty level trip conducted mostly on flat water and low grade rapids. The trip is best suited for people who just want to enjoy the scenery in a fun and relaxed way and also get a feel of Zanskar. It’s more like a boating trip for families and is suitable for all kids above the age of 8 and old people as well. Even though it’s low on the adrenaline level, the visual experience is still on par with any other river expedition in Ladakh.
The trip starts in Leh where we will pick you up and take you to Tsogsti. The trip takes 1 hour by road. On the way you can do some local sightseeing of Magnetic Hill and Sangam.
At Tsogsti, after half an hour of briefing we will start the rafting trip. The route passes mostly on flat water without any major rapids and takes total of 1 hour before concluding at Nimoo.
At Nimoo we will stay with you at our camps where you will have lunch and can enjoy some Volleyball depending upon the time.
Later we will drive you back to Leh which takes 1 hour by road.
